All Baldwin County Democrats merchandise is made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because each item is custom printed, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review all product information carefully before completing your purchase.
Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window and tracking shows the package is still in transit or marked as lost by the carrier, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with Printful to open an investigation and, when eligible, arrange for a replacement order.

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for replacement or refund.

If a delivery issue occurs after the package is marked delivered, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier to open a delivery claim.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or has a print or quality issue, please report it to us within 7 days of delivery. To ensure your claim can be processed quickly, include clear photos showing the problem and, when applicable, a measuring tool or size tag for verification.
When submitting your claim, please include:

A photo showing the entire product laid flat.

For print placement issues, include a measuring tool (such as a ruler or tape measure) showing the distance from the edge of the print to the edge of the product.

For print quality issues, include a close-up photo showing the affected area clearly in good lighting.

For damaged or defective items, include a photo of the damaged area along with part of the printed design for product identification.

For incorrect products received, include a photo showing the incorrect item and the packing slip in the same image.

For size discrepancies, include a photo of the size tag and, if needed, a photo of the item measured according to the size guide on the product page.
Printful reviews all claims and determines if a replacement or refund is warranted.
How to Report a Problem
Please submit all claims through the Contact page on our website, including your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order (or 7 days from the estimated delivery date for lost packages).
