Poll Workers
The Baldwin County Democrats encourage Democrats to serve as paid poll workers in the 2026 Primary and General Elections.
Baldwin County has 63 precincts, and our goal is to have at least one Democratic poll worker at each location. Poll workers help check in voters, issue ballots, and ensure elections are conducted fairly and transparently.
Poll workers are compensated and receive required training through the Baldwin County Board of Registrars and the Probate Judge’s Office.

Municipal Elections

These races decide who manages local services, public safety, city budgets, roads, zoning, parks, utilities, and the everyday decisions that shape our neighborhoods. You do not need to wait for state or federal change to make an impact. Learn about the offices that serve you locally, such as mayor, city council members, or town council members.
Districts vs. At-large: Municipal council seats may be elected by district or at-large, depending on how each city is structured. In a district-based council race, voters only vote for the council member who represents the specific district or ward where they live. In an at-large council race, the seat represents the entire city, so all eligible voters in that city may vote for that position.
