Baldwin County Executive Committee
John Sloan
Interim Chair
John serves as the Vice Chair of the Baldwin County Democratic Executive Committee, bringing decades of academic and organizational leadership to the role. Though newly appointed in July 2025, he is no stranger to politics or public service. During his career at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, John co-founded the Center for Cybersecurity and helped secure major funding while working alongside state leaders. His experience in data-driven decision-making and fundraising is now fueling his vision for building a strategic, well-organized donor network. John is committed to developing tools that help the committee understand member interests and act on them effectively.

Denise D'Oliveira
Chair
Denise serves as Chair of the Eastern Shore Democrats and is a dedicated member of her community. She is committed to strengthening civic engagement across the Eastern Shore and bringing neighbors together around shared values. Denise works to ensure local Democrats feel connected, informed, and empowered to take action.
Justin Quinley
Vice Chair
Justin Quinley serves as the new Vice Chair of the Eastern Shore Democrats, bringing strong grassroots energy and a deep commitment to community engagement. A member of the Democratic Socialists of America, he is an active participant in local initiatives and plays a key role in fostering connection through his leadership as Chair of the Baldwin County CDEC BBQ Club.
